Tasting notes
Lovely golden colour. A fairly neutral nose, more mineral than fruity, with a mix of pear, brioche and quince. On the palate good creamy density and a silky texture that suits the most demanding palates. Caramel, honey and panna cotta are complemented by good structure and acidity, ensuring harmony. Refreshing, persistent finish.
